job summary:


We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiting to support our Fortune 500 client's Talent Acquisition team. The Corporate Recruiter develops innovative and aggressive methods to support their Front Line hiring needs for assigned Markets to support business needs. This is a one year assignment and could be extended.

Corporate Recruiter responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all client management activities with the Markets
  • Builds relationships and trust to effectively gauge needs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Identifies issues early in the process and resolves problems proactively; uses data and results to make decisions and provides status updates on a regular basis
  • Forecasts, develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans for assigned Market(s) to create candidate pipeline consistent with business trends; reduce time to fill and improve candidate quality
  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers to clearly define the core responsibilities of the position; outline expectations for the recruitment process to source and select the best qualified candidate(s)
  • Utilizes a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipeline to meet front line hiring needs. Including but not limited to database mining internet/web searches direct sourcing community organizations networks employee referrals
  • Presents fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner to maximize customer service and reduce time to fill; Coaches and trains Hiring Managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing process to drive consistent candidate selection methods.
Required Experience

- Strong professional communication skills (both written and verbal), demonstrating a level of gravitas

- Ability to support a Talent Acquisitions Partner at any given time and successfully manage the requisition load

- Proven ability to source quality candidates with complex technical backgrounds

- 5-7 years' experience in Recruiting, Staffing or Sourcing for consumer goods and other clients across all business lines

- Bachelors degree a must; Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Job Boards, etc.
