Talent Acquisition Recruiter

job summary:
A fortune 100 consumer services company, is currently seeking a dynamic and process driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter for an immediate 6 month. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will focus on the sourcing of Sales professionals and Sales representatives

Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsibilities include:

  • Experience sourcing for sales positions required.
  • Full life cycle recruiting supporting all Sales functions of the business
  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and works continuously to remain informed on client group
  • Understanding or experience for sourcing in Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Experience with full-cycle sourcing and screening required.
  • Experience with job sites and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Psychology or Human Resources is highly preferred

- Experience sourcing for sales positions required.

- Experience with job sites and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).

- Extensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system.
