We need a talent acquisition professional to own the full recruitment life-cycle for a myriad of assigned roles within the parent and subsidiary companies. You should have extensive experience in owning the full recruitment cycle from speaking with the managers to drill into the role to, sourcing, selection and conducting the full on-boarding experience.
- Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting
- Advanced knowledge in recruitment trends, negotiations, social media networking and technical (IT) roles
- Interpersonal drive to succeed
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Strong IT recruiting background a plus
- Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
