Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivate the company's global Talent Acquisition team
  • Direct and consult the management team on emerging recruiting trends
  • Build strong relationships with global leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to address those needs
  • Oversee implementation of cohesive processes, tools, systems, and training necessary to support recruiting
  • Develop and manage employer branding and innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Drive strong measurements and metrics to assess and manage optimal recruitment team performance and direction
  • Deliver optimal interview skills training across the company to ensure hiring the best fit
Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience implementing innovative recruiting tools, technologies, techniques, and best practices
  • Develop business relationships, provide outstanding service, identify top talent, and understand cultural differences
  • Proven leadership and change management skills, as well as the ability to influence others
