Lead Human Capital (HC) Operations Support in full employment life cycle including the development and implementation of staffing, onboarding, individual and management development, performance management and organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning and regulatory compliance processes to attract, retain, develop and engage a talented and diverse workforce for organizational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational analysis and build business partnerships while managing team in the development and execution of company talent management objectives. Lead HC teams on business initiatives and objectives including human resources planning.
  • Manage implementation, administration and continuous improvement of HC processes.
  • Oversight of high level employee engagement, development and recognition. Establish processes for issue identification and resolution.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for process improvement. Lead change management initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities. Provide solutions to organizational challenges.
  • Collaborate, coach and counsel Leadership Business Partners and recommend interventions to meet and exceed organizational values and operating objectives.
  • Devise and implement retention strategy to meet the needs of the business. Partner with organizational leaders to identify and establish career path opportunities.
  • Ensures project complies with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OFCCP and other federal and state labor laws
  • Manages the Human Resource staff and ensures job standards, goals and development plans are current
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. MS Degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience as human resources professional, generalist experience required
  • 5 years Supervisory or Management experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations at all levels of staff
  • Experience in a contact center or with first line personnel preferred.
  • Responsible for adhering to established safety standards
Compensation: $105K - $115K plus bonus
