Global Advertising Agency seeks Compensation Manager!

Our Global Advertising Agency client is looking for a Manager of Compensation to join NYC office.

The Manager of Compensation will partner with their HR teams, and business leaders, from across the entire North American region to build best in class compensation capabilities.

- Lead all aspects of the compensation function across all of our North American offices

- Identify and deploy impactful compensation strategies and policies

- Lead a variety of special projects in partnership with the North American Chief Talent Officer

- Provide guidance to regional leaders on compensation strategies, salary management, salary benchmarking, salary bands, compensation trends, etc.

- Develop strong relationships with regional stakeholders

- Analyze and report compensation data and metrics to support strategic initiatives and on an ad-hoc

Desired qualifications:

5+ years of compensation, reward and recognition experience in an advertising agency

Minimum of a BS or related degree preferably in Business, Management or Human Resources

Demonstrated results with achieving efficient process and frameworks for compensation practices

Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals in an extremely fast

paced environment
