Analyst, Global Mobility

This role will be critical in assisting with immigration, transfers, and business travel in a growing, global environment. This person will manage our current immigration process within the Americas and APAC regions, and maintain immigration compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Manage and coordinate immigration processes for visa applications, with a deep understanding of non-immigrant visa classifications, including H-1B, L, E-3, O-1, TN, F-1, and J

- Serve as the main point of contact for immigration partner

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal HR (HRBPs, TA, HRS specifically), internal employees and managers, and occasionally external candidates

- Analyze immigration matters and communicate solutions in collaboration with outside immigration counsel

- Educate managers and employees on visa and green card application and renewal process

- Maintain appropriate information in our immigration and global mobility records

- Handle green card tasks such as postings, advertisements, etc. Coordinate with TA on internal/external job postings. Strong knowledge of immigrant visa process preferred, including PERM, I-140 and AOS

- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (employees, managers, HRBPs) to monitor changes to employment status, job titles, office location and salary and notify appropriate stakeholders

- Monitor and action upon upcoming visa expiration dates

- Monitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks

- Manage all immigration cases for Americas & APAC, keeping all parties updated as needed.

- Provide support to global mobility and immigration team globally as needed

Salary: $25-$30/ hour (6 month contract)
