job summary:




VP of HR for Midtown Staffing Agency

*manage employee relations across multi-state field operations

*build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders in order to identify, implement, and solve problems

*manage the employee experience and foster a positive working environment for our team members

*implement best practices ensuring legal compliance in relation to adherence to policies and procedures

*provide communication support and internal management coaching

*work directly with managers on the yearly performance management process

*Develop programs to ensure the success of employees and managers

*Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to management team on continuous improvement

*Plan, develop, implement, and maintain all HR activities along with strategic business goals and objectives

*Effectively support and foster the company's Open Door Policy

*Effectively manage training programs in accordance with company guidelines

*Respond to unemployment and other inquiries



REQUIIREMENTS

High level of autonomy

Bachelors degree or PHR and 10+ years in HR management with an emphasis on employee relations

Experience with HOURLY employee population

Proven Microsoft office skills

Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
