job summary:
Position: Manager of Compensation

Compensation: $120-130K

What you will do...

- Lead all aspects of the compensation function across all of our North American offices

- Identify and deploy impactful compensation strategies and policies that enable the region to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows

- Lead a variety of special projects in partnership with the North American Chief Talent Officer

- Provide guidance to regional leaders on compensation strategies, salary management, salary benchmarking, salary bands, compensation trends, etc.

- Develop strong relationships with regional stakeholders by demonstrating your expertise and developing a deep understanding of their business

- Analyze and report compensation data and metrics to support strategic initiatives and on an ad-hoc basis

Who you will be...

- 7+ years of compensation, reward and recognition experience in an advertising agency

- Minimum of a BS or related degree preferably in Business, Management or Human Resources

- Demonstrated results with achieving efficient process and frameworks for compensation practices

- Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals in an extremely fast paced environment

Office hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.
