Compensation Manager

job summary:
The Manager of Compensation will partner with our HR teams, and business leaders, from across the entire North American region to build best in class compensation capabilities. This person will be the region's expert in all things compensation and will be expected to help develop the region's overarching strategy. On top of developing the strategy they must be able to execute at the most granular level and drive improvements across the region.

What you will do...

  • Lead all aspects of the compensation function across all of our North American offices
  • Identify and deploy impactful compensation strategies and policies that enable the region to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows
  • Lead a variety of special projects in partnership with the North American Chief Talent Officer
  • Provide guidance to regional leaders on compensation strategies, salary management, salary benchmarking, salary bands, compensation trends, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional stakeholders by demonstrating your expertise and developing a deep understanding of their business
  • Analyze and report compensation data and metrics to support strategic initiatives and on an ad-hoc basis
Who you will be...

  • 7+ years of compensation, reward and recognition experience in an advertising agency
  • Minimum of a BS or related degree preferably in Business, Management or Human Resources
  • Demonstrated results with achieving efficient process and frameworks for compensation practices
  • Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals in an extremely fast paced environment
