Job Description: Benefits Specialist/Benefits Coordinator- Temp to Hire

Please note that the client is looking for someone that is energetic, someone that can work with the managers and alongside the hiring managers closely. Looking for someone who is strong in their benefits knowledge and someone who can answer and reply to benefits inquiries quickly and 100% accurately.

This is a 3 to 6 month temp to hire

Located in Herndon, VA

- Must have experience in Leave administration, cobra, workmans comp, open enrollment experience, will be the - Main Point of Contact for the Benefits department etc.

- 3-4 years of hands on benefits administration experience

- HRIS Software experience: Workday, not required, must be systems savvy and HRIS savvy

must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

- Lots of moving parts and busy environment

- Must have great work ethic, great communication skills, must be a go-getter, must be able to answer benefit inquiries in the benefits inbox, will be the main POC

- somebody that can help answer general benefits inquiry

- needs someone with benefits technical knowledge, someone that has only been doing benefits

- responsible for benefits inbox, answering immediate questions, administering leave, pulling reports
