Main Responsibilities:

Ideal person will be providing full-life cycle recruiting support on the proposal side as well as in the cleared space in the government contracting realm

Person must have strong ATS/HRIS skill set

Must be a US Citizen

Person also must be able to source on multiple job boards and find active and passive candidates for high-volume requisition load

Person will be recruiting and supporting several different contracts

  • Provide recruiting support, to include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review and post all job requisitions, and manage applicant workflow.
  • Quickly and efficiently fill immediate billable openings and staff proposals.
  • Provide timely and consistent feedback and recommendations on candidates to hiring managers.
  • Source technical and non-technical candidates using a variety of methodologies, including referrals, job boards, internal database, career and industry events, local colleges and universities, etc.
  • Source passive candidates for high-priority job requisitions, and upload resumes to identify potential hires for existing vacancies, new positions, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Lead weekly status updates for internal team on position and candidate progress.
  • Maintain corporate resume database (employees, candidates, proposals), and support Managers with employee resume updates.
  • Initiate background screenings and clearance verification of all qualified candidates during interview stages prior to submission to customers/primes.
