A well respected, national non-profit with a mission to shape girls into strong women has an immediate need for an experienced Contracts Attorney.
This is a temporary position expected to last for 3 months in duration. Work will take place on-site in Midtown NYC. Remote work is NOT an option.

As a Contracts Attorney, you will be responsible for negotiating and reviewing potential vendor-related contracts, licensing agreements and leases.
This role entails identifying what clauses should and should not be part of standard vendor contracts, licensing agreements and leases.
a) 2+ years of experience negotiating vendor-related contracts as a licensed attorney
b) An active license to practice law
c) Must be able to learn quickly with minimal direction. You must be able to hit the ground running.
*This is NOT a Contracts Manager position. You must be a licensed attorney well versed in vendor management and negotiation.
