A leader in the Travel industry, is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join our fast paced organization.

You are an action oriented strategic thinker; driven to deliver results and are known for your commitment to excellence. You develop relationships with the clients you serve. You enjoy pitching products and/or services. You are socially adept and have excellent communication skills. You have in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events. You have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. You enjoy attending networking events and stand out of the crowd at social functions.

You are great at researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. You are an expert at contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. You are self-driven with a strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision. You always have a smile on your face and have a sense of urgency for delivering value-add to your customers and clients.

The successful candidate will excel at the following:

- Develop new partnerships with business customers with $500k+-3M on annual travel spend

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Research needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions regarding their travel

- Contact clients to update them with new developments in the company's products

- Develop quotes and proposals

- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Qualifications: 5+ experience in Business Development B2B
