job summary:
Sourcer - Marlborough, MA

  • This is a contract role expected to last 4 months.
Sourcer - Job Duties:

  • Work to develop sourcing strategies for tough to fill openings as well as highly specialized, targeted job searches
  • Partner with Recruiters and HRBPs to understand the talent needs of the business and create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines
  • Influence candidates to see client as the "Employer of Choice" by representing the brand and values at all times
  • Qualify candidates at all levels for needed skill set/competencies for current or potential positions through phone screen assessment
  • Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional talent needs, position specifications, and search requirements
  • Utilize Avature contact management system to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
  • In partnership with Sourcing peers, utilize labor market intelligence and tools (Talent Neuron, Gartner, LinkedIn, etc.) to provide industry specific data driven analytics, to influence and improve sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Conduct research on industry trends and evaluate new & existing tools/technologies which will support day to day efficiencies within our model, by keeping us attuned to industry changes and developments
  • Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to recruiter and/or management
  • Act as a leader and mentor to other Sourcers, drive best practices and share key learnings
Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to "sell" the TJX brand and attract passive candidates
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects and coordinate multiple requests to successful completion
  • Engages, builds relationships with and influences people
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excels at leveraging technology and direct sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract passive candidates
  • Researches, tests and implements new and innovative sourcing tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
  • Experience using ATS and contact management systems, Avature strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to source a variety of high-profile positions, and difficult or niche markets
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter or Sourcer
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

responsibilities:
As a member of our centralized Sourcing Team within the CoE, the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer requires a strong full-cycle Recruitment or Talent Sourcing background with a passion for thinking creatively and staying current on innovative sourcing techniques. In this role, the Senior Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing qualified passive talent for tough to fill openings across the organization. This role requires flexibility, agility, and resiliency.

Key Responsibilities
