The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resource department of this global company.

responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain HR reports, presentations and documents
  • Provide recruitment support, screen resumes, schedule interviews
  • Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Organize summer internship program
  • Assist with onboarding for all new hires including information packets
  • Arrange background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Maintain and update HRIS system with employee changes
  • Support time management for payroll
  • Participate in HR projects and events
 
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business

Two years of HR experience or solid internship in HR

PHR certification preferred

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office and Outlook or equivalent

Able to multitask

Organized, accurate and strong attention to detail
