job summary:
Position Description

    The Business Marketing team is looking to hire a Global SMB Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of our Agency Partners Program across several markets. This program targets agencies & re-sellers who work with Small & Medium Businesses.
The role is primarily focused on

    1) growing the number of agencies who become ads certified, 2) engaging with agencies at scale throughout their lifecycle to grow revenue and 3) actively support sales teams on the ground.
Overall Responsibilities

    Plan, execute and track marketing programs. Lead independent initiatives and project manage across all of Client\'s functions and regions. Ensure effective prioritization and collaboration. Present clear insights into drivers of revenue, risks, and opportunities. Maintain monthly dashboard on budget vs. actual and key performance indicators to monitor the health of Client marketing and inform decision making for senior leadership.
Top 3 daily responsibilities:

    Plan, execute and track marketing programs. Lead independent initiatives and project manage across all of Client\'s functions and regions. Ensure effective prioritization and collaboration. Present clear insights into drivers of revenue, risks, and opportunities.
Required Skills

    Bachelors or Masters. 5 to 10 years marketing experience driving cross functional marketing projects. Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels to reach key audiences. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Confident presenter who is comfortable interacting and engaging with all levels of an organization. Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence. Team player attitude. Attention to detail via extensive follow-up and tracking will also be an important aspect of this role. Superior Client docs (pivot tables, macros etc.) and advanced level of proficiency in slides. Nice to Have Skills Previous experience working in an agency is a big plus. Knowledge of French, Portuguese, Spanish languages will also help given the global scope.
