job summary:
THIS IS A LONG TERM TEMPORARY POSITION.

ASSIGNMENT MAY BE EXTENDED BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND ATTENDANCE.

THIS IS A PART TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH A SCHEDULED 20 HOURS PER WEEK APPROXIMATELY.

Office location is in Monroeville, PA.

  • Candidate will need to go in the office on occasion.
  • This position is in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
  • Nearby locations include but are not limited to: Upper Saint Claire Bethel, ParkMt, Lebanon
  • This opportunity is a unique HR Recruiter role.
  • As the Senior Bridge office location is not convenient for many applicants in the target area, this HR Recruiter will be responsible for traveling in the South Hills and nearby surrounding areas recruiting for Caregivers, Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • The HR Recruiter will interview potential candidates at local coffee shops, library's and other public locations as appropriate.
  • The right candidate will need to be a self-starter, able to drive to different locations in the South Hills as they will be responsible for visiting local colleges and medical certification facilities for these in home care specialists in addition to conducting interviews.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs initial phone screening with potential applicants
  • Schedules and conduct interviews with prospective candidates
  • Ensures that all paperwork for application is filled out by applicant
  • Meeting with CNA school administrators etc.
  • Schedules and coordinates orientation with approved candidates
  • Performs administrative portion of orientation
