Human Resource Generalist

job summary:
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

Talent management activities (both program management and execution) and employee relations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role

- Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions

- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies

- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization

- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams

- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor

- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization

Notes:

- 7 stake businesses within HR Team- this will be interim support working with employee relations, HR work, talent activities, working directly with HR leaders who support organizations to divide up the work.

- Excel experience, using data and analytics to drive decision making

- Fielding emails and replying accurately

Required Skills:

- HR business partner experience

- Ability to work autonomously through Amazon tools

- College Degree or equivalent experience in HR
