This role will be responsible for executing strategic retail marketing plans to grow the channel and elevate the company brand through in-store merchandising and innovative channel marketing initiatives. A large component of this role will be the coordination of retail marketing tactics from a strategic timing, alignment, and executional perspective.

Several Made by company hardware launches and seasonal channel marketing campaigns.

Partner Marketing Manager - US Carrier (Authorized Retailers)

The Partner Marketing Manager, US Carriers will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end retail brand development for Made by company products (with a primary focus on the Pixel portfolio) at Tier 1 telco authorized retail partners. This role will be responsible for executing strategic retail marketing plans to grow the channel and elevate the company brand through in-store merchandising and innovative channel marketing initiatives. This role will require an extremely effective project manager and communicator, one who will work closely with various cross functional teams both internally and externally (ie. execution teams in design, production, sales and sales operations as well as creative and production agencies). The largest components of this role will be partner management and project management all of the retail marketing tactics pertaining to the channel (merchandising, demos, .com, CRM, etc).

Responsibilities:

End-to-end planning, development, and execution of in-store (2D & 3D) and online merchandising with internal and external cross-functional teams.

Aligning with key stakeholders, briefing creative and production teams, coordinating with vendors and agencies, project managing all partner retail marketing plans and executions, through final delivery and implementation of the retail experience.

Execute successful channel marketing plans and co-marketing initiatives through highly effective project management, strategic planning, and partner management.

Be a brand champion on the team and the key point of contact for carrier creative approvals. Lead creative and brand reviews with creative producers, product marketing managers, and brand managers internally.

Develop weekly execution reports, document executions via slide decks and spreadsheets and work with Retail Analytics team to plan and track ROI of partner marketing executions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Min of 6 years of experience in project management, with in store/online merchandising and channel campaign planning & execution a plus

Must be highly organized with an extreme attention to detail

6-10 years of in-store/online merchandising, channel marketing & execution
