Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
An international insurance organization has an immediate need for a litigation attorney licensed in California with litigation experience.
Work will be in Pasadena and will require travel within the area (eg getting to a deposition).
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary role, approved for 3 months in duration, but it is likely the role will be extended or that it will turn into permanent employment.

In this role you will be working on multiple automotive and general liability law matters.
Primary duties include:
(i) tasks associated with the discovery process (e.g., taking depositions, preparing interrogatories, drafting discovery requests, etc.)
(ii) making appearances in court
(iii) drafting pleadings and motions; (iv) case evaluations
Job Requirements of an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney:
(a) An active license (in good standing) to practice law in California.
(b) Three or more years of litigation experience.
(c) Strong writing and communication skills.
