Human Resources Assistant

job summary:
RECRUITING COORDINATOR/HR ASSISTANT

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

- Scheduling candidates for Workforce Staffing NHE across the country or Quest Diagnostics drug tests when NHEs are not available

- Planning I9 events for candidates that are not able to attend a WFS NHE

- Manage CamperForce requisitions and applicant flow in company's application tracking system.

- Tracking candidate pre-employment event scheduling communication and status

- Oversee Salesforce pre-hire steps to ensure candidates are ready to start as scheduled

- Generate regular program performance reports and distribute to the relevant stakeholders

- Assists with the planning and execution of CamperForce's associate's New Hire Orientation

- Share ownership of the CamperForce e-mail account by responding to common questions and escalating messages that require Program Manager and Program Lead attention

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 3-4 years of experience in staffing or human resources administration or a related field

- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Demonstrated strength in customer service

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills

- Comfortable working in a fast paced and quickly changing environment

- Experience in project and change management

- Exceptionally strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

- Must have initiative and the ability to work independently, ideally as a member of a virtual team

- Previous experience with HRIS and ATS Systems

MANAGER NOTES

Job Specifics:


o Start Date ASAP - 8/19/19 - Covering leave, this is a hard and fast date!

o M-F, standard 40 hours

o Flexibility on hours

o Potential for extension based on business need

o Ramp expected to take 1 week (overlap with team member who is going on LOA, week and a half to be fully up to speed)

Interviews will be conducted via Chime
