Position Description

Project Overview: Our content platform is aggressively expanding into original content under both our new business models, with critically acclaimed hit shows. Our platforms Shows Marketing team is at the heart of bringing this exciting slate of shows to market. As a campaign manager, you will help lead the end-­to-­end process of show campaigns spanning pre-launch planning, cross functional kickoffs and regular meeting cadence, launch and momentum, and reporting and tracking post launch. This role requires deep collaboration with internal and external partners like creative, PR, events, media, social, research/analytics, product, and content teams to bring original content to life on the video partner platform. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of entertainment, content and culture.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate between multiple internal and external partners to plan and manage the different aspects of campaign launches including prioritizing deliverables, outlining key deadlines, and creating and communicating a cross functional schedule to execute
  • Manage delivery of multiple marketing channels including social, experimental, media, in-product, digital, content marketing, PR, partnerships.
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners [internal and external] with consistent interactions, detailed meetings, agendas, and follow through
  • Manage launch check-list and day of launch processes
  • Prepare and deliver re-cap reports
  • Interface with creative teams to coordinate feedback and ensure proper delivery of assets
  • Interface with legal and operations team to ensure proper launch of marketing assets
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing project management and running marketing coordination for day of show launches.
  • Consistently update/maintain the master deliverable list of the Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables
  • Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

BA/BS Degree in any field 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment Strong Project Management Skills Experienced coordinating complex projects with multiple groups High proficiency with G-Calendar, GMail High proficiency with G-Docs, G-Sites, G-Groups Highly detail-oriented and process driven Responsive to varying needs and changing priorities
