JOB SUMMARY

Provides support and assistance in the delivery of human resources activities to HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition. HR Business Partners. Employee Relations. Compensation & Benefits.

Organizational Development). Associates and Leaders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Note: The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to inquiries submitted via the HR Service Center (HRSC), email, mail, phone and inperson in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prioritizes issues and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Possess an understanding of the HR System applications.
  • HR processes and administration to ensure compliance and reduce company exposure.
  • Prepares and posts scheduled reports for management staff.
  • Completes data entry of all associate changes to include new hires, terms. job changes, personal data changes.,benefits etc.
  • Works with peers and other members of the HR team in the administration of HR programs such as benefits enrollment.
  • Tuition Assistance ,Referral Awards. etc.
  • Ensures accuracy of all Personnel Action Form transactions.
  • Communicates with management on corrections and/or clarifications of job data to ensure adherence to CHMI policies and procedures.
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition department through candidate interview scheduling,travel coordination and general candidate communication/coordination.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education State the minimum required for the job Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred

  • A High School or GED Required
  • An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
  • Work Experience State the minimum required for the job Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative area Required
  • 1+ year of experience in Benefits and/or Leave of Absence experience Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information Advanced
  • Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills Intermediate
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines Intermediate
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills Intermediate
Technology requirements

  • Knowledge of HRMS or HRIS
  • Intermediate Microsoft office Suite proficiency is required

  • Creates job requisition folders to include job description.
  • Taleo requisition and hiring manager information.
  • Solicits ,compiles and distributes candidate feedback from interviewers.
  • Initiates background checks and drug screening processes for candidates of interest and monitors results.
  • Supports the continuous improvement and development of processing procedure documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Assists with new hire orientation as required.
  • Provides coverage for administrative assistants/executive assistants.
  • Assists with preparation and delivery of job fairs and other company's HR events.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
