education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 2 Years
Complete the transactional and administrative activities performed by the HR Shared Services organization. Responsible for data entry into our HR systems (including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo and Learning Management System), back office activities related to HR processes (includes but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational data maintenance and Compensation Administration), and related record keeping. Resolve inquires from employees, managers and division HR for standard HR policies and procedures.

- 1-2 years of combined Human Resource related experience in a full time or Internship capacity required;

- Call center or centralized shared services HR environment experience preferred;

- 1-2 years of Leave of Absence administration experience preferred;

- Payroll experience preferred


- Possess working knowledge of various Human Resource practices and functional areas, including cross functional integration points;

- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are required;

- Must be able to work on various tasks and prioritize

Technical knowledge:

- Basic Computer skills and Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are highly preferred

- Applicant Tracking System experience (Preferably Workday) is preferred

- PeopleSoft or equivalent employee database system experience is preferred

- Case Management or Customer Service System experience a plus

Our ideal candidate should be able to:

- use analytical skills in order to comprehend and interpret policies, instructions, correspondences, etc. to make time sensitive decisions with little direction;

- possess a high degree of professionalism, persistence and follow-up;

- be detail oriented with the ability to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously with a high sense of urgency;

- learn and understand data flow in different HR systems;

- work both independently and in a team environment
