Human Resources Analyst

job summary:
JOB SUMMARY

Supports the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development process, programs, initiatives and projects. Assists with all aspects of program implementation and evaluation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Supports the creation, coordination and execution of talent management and leadership development programs, initiatives and projects.

- Monitors, tracks and updates defined project plans to report project status, risks and completion requirements. Monitors and executes communication and schedules with internal and external stakeholders/ vendors.

- Compiles and produces informative and educational materials, job aids, webinars, eLearning, audio visuals and workshops based on the program framework and scope.

- Manages all aspects of process and program coordination and logistics including calendaring, participant enrollment, and records, communications and set-up.

- Produces complex reports for management that demonstrates program participation and effectiveness.

- Works closely with HR Technology team on tools configuration and design. Creates process documentation and systems job aids for user access and ease of use.

- Supports team with identification of best practices and lessons learned and incorporates in program plans.

- Performs other duties as assigned
