Sr. HRIS Analst

job summary:
You will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, create and maintain company-wide analytics and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. Reporting to the Director, HRIS & Analytics, the Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the senior technical

point-of-contact for functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment that demands precision continuously. The person in this role will be involved in many cross-functional projects, so you'll have lots of opportunity to learn about our portfolio of HR programs.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

*Manage HR systems and integrations, including Oracle, Successfactors,

NetDimensions, and PeopleInsight

*Implement process improvements by thoroughly understanding issues, problems and opportunities

*Lead subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity, data reporting and analysis

*Work with HR team members to enhance metrics and analytics

*Perform system maintenance, including testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements

*Recommend creative solutions to assist HR team in meeting business requirement

*Conduct end-user training, including development of user guidelines/documentation

*Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge

Can you drive these processes?

*Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of action

* Utilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goals

*Understand and use qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the business

 
qualifications:
You should definitely have:

A four-year college degree

Five-seven years of relevant experience

Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks

It would be nice if you had:

Your degree was in HR or Business

You have experience with Oracle and SuccessFactors

You are quick to embrace change and accept ambiguity
