job summary:
Position Description

We are looking for an experienced growth marketer who has experience defining and developing growth strategies across channels. As a consumer oriented marketer, you'll leverage customer and market insights to develop and execute integrated consumer marketing campaigns. partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive acquisition, and retention programs across digital channels. Leveraging the performance and insights of our partner channel, you'll shape the growth strategy for Company's product to develop scale-able and high-impact programs.

Job responsibilities

Develop growth strategies for one of the product subscription via thought leadership and partnership with Engineering, Product, and other Marketing teams.

Work directly with the marketing team identify new growth strategies and take them from inception to implementation.

Focus on data, experimentation, testing and analytics to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable user growth.

Generalize growth learnings and best-practices into a framework for future growth marketing initiatives.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience working in growth and/or product marketing. Experience in using data to develop and analyze campaigns.

Desired

  • Push marketing (email/notifications) / CRM experience, particularly around setting and managing promotional offers for a consumer product.
  • Mobile, e-commerce, and/or gaming experience
  • Experience designing (from scratch), launching and scaling marketing programs that span multiple countries.
  • Deep interest in the behavioral economics behind user decisions, as well as market-specific needs and nuances.
  • Experience partnering closely with product and engineering counterparts; Experience driving A/B testing and optimization
  • Track record of creative problem solving and bias towards action
