JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Partner Sales Manager is accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and billing objectives. You will be responsible for working with the Cloud reach company's cloud platform team to develop the AMER Cloud reach sales strategy. You will partner with the Cloud reach Alliance Manager, Cloud reach company's cloud platform Sellers and Marketing organizations in order to develop Cloud reach Sourced Pipeline and billings revenue as a result.

You will lead large and strategic opportunities and partner with sellers and sales management to ensure appropriate levels of standards and execution are taking place. You will be required to drive a number by holding the sales organisation and others accountable.

You are expected to build a network of peers and contacts with the Cloud reach AMER business, particularly within sales leadership in order to help you execute against the key performance indicators. As part of the role you are also expected to take ownership of the deal management process between company and Cloud reach, driving continued growth in opportunities.

Working with the Cloud reach Alliance Manager, you are tasked with helping identify key people at Cloud reach to work with and enabling their sales teams to sell the Cloud reach offering. This would then support the creation of joint go-to-market plans working directly with Cloud reach and company Marketing teams. This would also include, if necessary, constant education to ensure the sales teams and sales leadership understand the value of company's cloud platform.

You are well versed in selling Company's cloud platform (or another large cloud player) and have operated in the public cloud market for some time. You are not strictly technical but your experience enables you to translate technical solutions into business outcomes with ease. Fluent at the CXO level and able to quickly assess, critique and improve approach for key strategic opportunities.

Grow mindshare inside Cloud reach

Lead/partner on sales engagements on large or strategic growth opportunities.

Support adoption of Cloud reach Managed company's cloud platform across the entire sales organisation in AMER.

Responsible for accurate sales forecasting on Cloud reach sourced opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators

Generate Cloud reach sourced pipeline and deliver billings inline with targets and goals

Customer wins - Annual target of large deals

Long Term Pipeline Development - in partnership with Cloud reach sales teams

Forecasting Accuracy

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role. Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets Experience with partner ecosystems, agile partners, mid-tier integrators and global system integrators.

Desired

MBA degree. Experience with hyperscale cloud computing Experience collaborating with Cloud Partners. Experience in consultation delivery with enterprise software engagements. Understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute,

database, middleware, visualization, etc.). Excellent partner/channel pipeline development and management skills, with proven ability to deliver Go-to-Market strategies.
