Position Description

Title: Performance Management Lead

Our Performance Management system helps organize and direct new hires' effort, improve their performance, and reinforce our culture. Specifically, our team provides a platform for new hires to give and receive developmental feedback, enables the fair measurement of contributions and impact, and facilitates promotion decisions.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment, is a skilled relationship manager, a proven thought leader, and has subject matter expertise in performance management. In this role, you will act as a consultant to an organization within company on their performance management business needs. You will engage executive stakeholders and partner with cross-functional People Operations colleagues.

Job responsibilities:

Engage with client and People Operations partners and be a conduit to the rest of the Performance Management team.

Lead program management for function-specific performance management initiatives based on clients' unique functional needs, including actively shaping transparent communication and project management of meaningful pilot efforts before scaling to entire organization.

Act as a change management agent to successfully land changes from the central Performance Management team within each functional area of company.

Manage relationships with key partners (HR Business Partners, Performance Management, People Development, People Analytics, Compensation, Corporate Engineering, etc.) and executive leaders.

Track, evaluate, prioritize and take action on the feedback provided by stakeholders and partner

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory 4 years exp, max 7 years. General HR background, Communication Skills, Negotiation skill, High customer service.

Desired Client facing exp, exp in change management.
