Position Description

Partner Success Project Manager

Responsibilities


Provide day to day project management, billing, invoice, and other type of support services as needed to ensure customers/partners a high level of satisfaction

Document and Analyze gaps in the customer/partner experience and coordinate with learning technology platform team to address such gaps.

Create value for Customers/Partners by partnering to define success and building a joint plan

Support GTM initiatives with ISV partners and open source technologies

Collaborate closely with other teams in order to drive success, in particular the learning technology team.

Monitor and influence content consumption and feature adoption, and report to Management on a regular basis.

Able to travel for business review meetings and GTM activities (10%)

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Excellent collaboration, detail-oriented, project management, conflict resolution and communication skills Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar client facing role Understanding of the Training/Learning/Certification space. Comfort using data to track progress and gather insights. Able to translate business requirements into technological solutions. Excellent ability to work and thrive in a cross functional team environment Ability to work with minimal daily supervision and effectively manage time BA/BS degree or equivalent Excellent writing and communication skills in English. 3+ years of working experience

Desired

Knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem, Basic knowledge of Cloud and Cloud related technologies Worked in the B2B enterprise SaaS space. Technical background preferred Experience writing SQL queries, pulling data from relational databases, creating databases, and working with other statistical analysis and data mining software a plus.
