Campus Recruiting is responsible for sourcing activity for campus (non-visit and local schools) across all Lines of Service.

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Working knowledge of sourcing strategy to lead recruiting activity for key and non-visit schools. Working knowledge of recruiting systems, technology and protocols to recruit efficiently and within a Firms guidelines.

Skills Preferred:

Working experience executing sourcing activity for campus recruiting. Demonstrated ability to manage candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate the information transfer to the SSC, compliance with firm protocols, and reporting to leadership. Demonstrated ability to work directly with the Firm wide Relationship Partners (FRP's) to achieve goals for each assigned school. Demonstrated ability to coach the Market Sourcing Associate's. The selected candidate in this role will interact, build relationships and coach others. Working experience managing the budgets for key and non-visit sources. The selected candidate in this role will manage the process, candidates and budget

** Work location is flexible. Candidates should be located near a client's office.

This role will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. client's Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner.

- Share and collaborate effectively with others.

- Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.

- Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance.

- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

- Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area.

- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.

- Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the Network of client's firms.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Ability to work in virtual team, technical acumen (can pick up new technologies quickly), strong attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills
