Position Description

Client's Add Grants gives ~$1B in free Search ads to nonprofits annually. This year, we've been on a quest to help grantees use their budget more effectively. We've seen first hand that some nonprofits need high-touch help to get more value out of our program but they have limited resources. We are seeking a social impact account manager to manage a portfolio of high potential and/or strategic Ad Grants accounts by understanding their marketing objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating plans for achievement.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of high potential and/or strategic Ad Grants accounts

Communicate with customers proactively via phone and email.

Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions.

Schedule calls with a specialist and manage advertisers through the implementation steps of Analytics code, including Ecommerce and Event tracking, and Tag Manager.

Report out on progress toward KPIs.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Google Ads & Analytics certification. 1+ years of managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Search Engine Management and Google Ads.

Desired

Strong knowledge of Client's products such as Ads and Analytics 1+ years' experience with Analytics/Tag Manager implementation and management preferred Experience in advertising sales and media account management; successful client engagement and consistent business growth Ability to leverage your business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs Consult with the customer to identify how and where digital fits into the customer's overall Business Goals Provide strategic advice and help our customers get the best return on their grant by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
