Sales Operations Manager II

job summary:
Position Description

Responsibilities:

- Perform data analysis around cross-sell pipeline and identify data discrepancies across opportunities.

- Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts.

- Manage cross-sell deals across Cloud Product and Technology Partner

- Interface with sellers to ensure the right sales guidelines are being followed (i.e. SFDC hygiene)

- Report on sales pipeline and interface with Sales Managers for forecasting

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of Management Consulting or Strategy & Operations experience - Program management experience - Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in MS Excel - Excellent Verbal and Written Skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment

Desired- Track record of success working on sales operations - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
