Partner-level Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney
A nationally respected plaintiff's firm based in Minneapolis with offices around the US is building a personal injury practice and looking to hire a personal injury attorney with 10+ years of experience to develop and run the practice.
This is an opportunity to build a new practice from the ground up within an esteemed law firm. The firm will be focusing on serious, catastrophic injuries.
This will be at the Partner level. Compensation will be a base salary plus commission plus a discretionary bonus based on overall firm performance. Expected first-year earnings is $500K+.
This person must be driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and have a strong sense of passion about helping injured people. She/he must be able to work independently and manage others as the practice grows.
Some remote work is available (i.e., this person need to be in downtown Minneapolis everyday).
If this person has a team (e.g., an LAA/paralegal or an associate) she/he would like to bring along, that's perfectly fine.

Ethically and aggressively advocate for injured people in the pursuit of justice.
Must have 10+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.
Must have tried at least 20 cases and have a successful track record of verdicts/settlements in excess of $1 million (ideally with some verdicts in excess of $10 million).
Must be able to work independently and have demonstrated leadership experience.
