The nature of the work involves representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, defense of merger investigations (FTC/DOJ and International) and other agency investigations, and counseling clients on business practices. Interest or experience with technology industries, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial markets, or issues lying at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property is desirable. Superior academic credentials, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
