The staff attorney will represent firm clients in connection with claims and appeals brought by individual plan participants, beneficiaries and third parties (such as medical providers) before our clients' benefit plans. Flexible Work Schedule and Location
While the ideal candidate would be located in D.C. and able to work out of offices in D.C., this is not necessary. Telecommuting and other work arrangements are permitted. Additionally, this position may also lend itself to individuals seeking a part-time schedule. Thus, individuals who have a strong work ethic and great attention to detail, but who may be looking for alternative work arrangements, are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for a seasoned practitioner with at least three years of significant legal experience in representing clients specifically on employee benefit plan claims and appeals matters. Prior litigation experience is ideal, but not required.
