Payroll Specialist & Commissions Analyst

job summary:
Actively seeking a strong Payroll Specialist/Staff Accountant to support Accounting in the southwest side of town. The right person would have experience with US and Canadian payroll and commissions calculations experience.

responsibilities:
  • Processing weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for the US and Canada
  • Facilitate all on boarding and off boarding of employees
  • Reconciling payroll monthly
  • Commissions calculations and reporting
  • Participate as a key member of the employee benefit review committee
  • Basic HR generalist functions
 
qualifications:
  • Must have previous payroll experience for US and Canada
  • 8+ years of overall Payroll experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced Excel skills MUST - v-lookups
  • Experience with Expense report processing is a Plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills needed
