An ideal candidate will possess at least some experience and demonstrated interest with health law matters and advising clients on compliance issues. Some key subject areas include the Affordable Care Act, Public Health Service Act, False Claims Act, privacy laws, COBRA, ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid and state insurance law. Experience with litigation and/or government investigations is preferred.
Candidates with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, superior academic credentials, excellent analytical skills and strong writing skills are encouraged to submit their resumes.
