Well-established company in the online auto sales space is growing rapidly and needs a solid sales manager to lead, manage and grow the sales team.

This Inside Sales Manager role is located in the Miami area and we're looking for LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

responsibilities:
The basics:

- Drive business and sales growth for the USA Market

- Manage, motivate, and grow the current sales team

- Achieve sales and profitability goals and objectives

- Develop sales plans and provide leadership to sales team


 
qualifications:
Background and other stuff:

- 5+ years effectively leading a successful team

- Experience in successfully mentoring and/or leading salespeople

- BA or BS degree at minimum

- Experience leading a consultative sales process

- Experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities

- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

- Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and MS-Office


Compensation:

- $60K salary

- $25K+ bonus potential
