Serve as subject matter expert for all things human resources for employees including but not limited to: labor relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, training, coaching, performance management, safety and HR strategy Partner with the Plant Management and Corporate HR on implementing HR initiatives throughout the location Support all employee and labor relations issues, investigations, documentation and exit interviews/terminations as needed Provide advice and management to employees to ensure proper implementation of facility practices and policies Oversee performance management, training and development, and compensation design, as well as assistance in administrating training to employees across facility Provide support in compliance and employment laws
Requirements for the HR Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, required 5-15 years of HR work experience in a manufacturing environment or distribution center required, Driven, motivated and ambitious aspiring HR professionals are a must Excellent communication, both written and oral.
