POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accountability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
  • Human Resource Expertise - Knowledge of principles, practices and functions of effective human resource management
  • Being very organized
SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Five years related experience preferred without advanced degree
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification a plus
  • Experience with a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment a plus
  • Computer Skills: ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Payroll/HRIS software, current system is Paylocity (2020)
