AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Manage day-to-day implementation of marketing communication plans for the Company including brand/product, PR and content development.
Working with assistant manager and supervisor, manage advertising agency's tactical execution of consumer campaigns including broadcast, print, digital, Social, outdoor, mobile and experiential to meet marketing goals.
Work with associate GM on annual communication planning and strategy development.
Manage PR agency's tactical execution of PR initiatives in support of brand/product communications goals.
Assist associate GM, communications with overall budget management.
Work with marketing product lifecycle team to develop strategy, maintain accurate and consistent product messaging/positioning and on execution of effective communications plans that leverage that positioning in support of marketing programs.
Assist associate GM, working with assistant manager, Latin America communications and agency on implementation of Latin American regional campaign.
Work with sales management to develop presentations that help product sell-in/sell through and leverage product positioning.
Work with legal department to negotiate contracts and develop sponsorship agreements that maximize communications goals and leverage assets for Company, Canada and Latin American Divisions.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and synergistic brands to maximize visibility for our products and promote 3rd party endorsements for use in all aspects of Communications.
Working hours: 9am-5pm

Prior experience at or working with an advertising or PR Agency
Working knowledge of production and graphics
High energy entrepreneurial self-starter and team-oriented.
Experience working with budgets and invoices.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years managerial experience-including staff management -- in marketing communications, advertising or public relations with CE or technology companies.
A. in communications, advertising, product marketing or related field
Experience with digital/Web 2.0 communications (SEM/SEO, banner advertising, email, mobile)
