Randstad is hiring an HR Benefits Administrator to work with our client, a tech firm located in Boston.
As an HR Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Invoicing and invoicing reconciliation
Weekly FSA and HSA funding coordination and auditing
Involuntary COBRA term management with subsidies
Benefits auditing including carrier enrollment audits and payroll audits
Assist with 401(k) audits
AskHR Benefits questions
EOI verifications as needed from Sunlife
Assist with Workday implementation (as needed)
3-6 months assignment
Interview via Go-2-Meeting with 3 HR team members
Looking for a late February/early March start
Working hours: first shift M-F
2-3 years of benefits administration experience
Soft Skills-Excel, work in open collaborative environment, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, vendor management, team player, self-motivated and resourceful
