Randstad is working with a client company to fill a temporary Operations Assistant role in Caledonia.
This 6 month contract position comes with the opportunity for extension.
Job duties include:
Reviews all filing requests for completeness and accuracy, processes regulatory filing submissions, and puts controls in place for compliance with regulatory filing requirements and guidelines.
Completes Personal Lines product manual and guide page revision requests, maintains historical documents, and conducts research to support Product Management, Market Conduct Exams, Corporate Legal, Compliance and Claims inquiries.
Review and process filings, objections, and related correspondence
Work with customers to be sure filings and DOI correspondence are submitted on time
Review and process manual page revisions
Maintain current and historical copies of manuals and filings for all states, lines of business
Conduct historical research, provide hard and soft copies of researched items
Quality Control / Audit Process
Working hours: Regular Business Hours
High school diploma or equivalent
Willing to take a background check and drug screen
Experience or continued education in the insurance industry
