Integrated Marketing Manager

In this role, the Integrated Marketing Manager's primary focus will be working with the entire integrated sales team on strategic/creative development and management of revenue-generating marketing solutions for existing and prospective clients.

Reports to VP, Marketing but direct alignment with VP, Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to RFP's and general Sales Requests: Concept and formulate both large and small scale ideas into innovative, marketable programs that are custom-made for specific client initiatives and their associated KPIs

Contribute to the development of new sales opportunities: identify and build high-interest evergreen and event-based solutions leveraging our magazine & digital media solutions and events that will serve as compelling thought starters for client conversations

Responsible for writing compelling proposals that highlight the unique value proposition within the RFP deliverable (PPT) by leveraging syndicated and primary research and analytics to ensure our strategic media solutions are viewed as a must-buy

Create, update and distribute core client and/or category presentations, category one-sheets and sales support materials with accurate information and data

Ideate, execute, track all client "value-add" programs, including email campaigns, bonus paging, events, and advertorials

Liaise with all appropriate internal groups (i.e., sales, media Planning, marketing, operations, etc.) to facilitate efficient and transparent communication

Attend select client presentations with MediaMax Integrated Sales team members

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with positive energy
  • Ability to demonstrate big picture thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with interdepartmental team members and effectively communicate with external clients
  • Familiarity with the development and execution of client marketing programs with clear understanding of the creative development process
  • Passionate about the media space and creating best-in-class, innovative client solutions
  • Creative and solutions-oriented thinker who can navigate a highly-matrixed organization and has a proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects at one time
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
  • Minimum 3 years at a media company or sales/marketing organization where responsible for integrated ad sales/sponsorship development, presentation and execution
  • Previous print or digital media experience A MUST
