We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about positively impacting the lives of others through technological advancement.salary: $18 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe Equipment Technician will assemble, troubleshoot, and service electronic medical equipment as part of an interdisciplinary team. The position has multiple levels (I, II, and III), with additional experience, responsibilities, and compensation associated with increasing levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble electromechanical medical devices Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized assembly area Accurately and clearly complete manufacturing records, per ISO regulations Actively work to enhance product quality while minimizing scrap Assist with the manufacturing phase-in of new products or product changes Comply with medical device quality system requirements Troubleshoot units and perform necessary servicing activities Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with broad range of manufacturing and assembly techniques Electronics assembly experience Proficient with basic hand tools and equipment Competent computer knowledge Normal vision (corrected okay) and physical dexterity Ability to read written assembly instructions, diagrams, and other technical documents Exceptional attention to detail Works well with others Excellent communication and documentation skills High school diploma or equivalentThe essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environmentstanding for 6 hours at one time Skills assembly (1 year of experience is required)troubleshootOrganizational Skillsfamiliar ISO regulationsproficient with hand toolscomputer knowledgecommunication skillsmedical device experiencegood dexterity Qualifications Years of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
