The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily business operations, managing HR duties, handling accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between management and employees. salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between management and all employees, fostering open communication and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Manage general HR duties including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. Utilize accounting experience to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Prepare accurate financial statements for leadership review. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers, and follow up on any disputes or discrepancies Handle monthly Profit and Loss statements. Manage inventory and assist in decision-making processes related to inventory management. Act as the second-in-command to the President, providing support and assistance as needed. Be open to working in the plant if need be, especially during busy seasons, which will require working 6-7 day Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, HR, and accounting. Exceptional proficiency with computer skills, including MS Office Suite and accounting software. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
