Seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support a prominent real estate company based in Washington, DC. This role entails managing day-to-day tasks for an executive, including scheduling, communication management, and travel arrangements. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, promptly prioritizing and directing as needed. Handle scheduling and coordination of the executive's calendar, ensuring balance. Arrange all business and personal travel, preparing detailed itineraries. Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items for follow-up. Facilitate meeting efficiency by preparing agendas in advance. Maintain high organization and attention to detail, ensuring timely task completion. Coordinate with the other Founder's assistant to align schedules and investor communications. Proactively anticipate and complete tasks without constant direction. Ensure the executive's punctuality and provide reminders for meetings and calls. Create daily task lists to prioritize activities, especially with investors. Conduct business research to continuously improve in the role. Handle day-to-day errands and personal tasks as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.
