job summary: Position Summary MMS Strategy & Marketing is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team!This role will be responsible for managing our marketing campaign workflows via Workfront and ensuring on-time delivery of our creative assets & tactics. Role will set up tactical jobs in Workfront, kick off creative workflows, and then be the POC for internal stakeholders & agency partners as a campaign moves through the development process. Key Responsibilities (List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order): Manage multiple projects simultaneously via Workfront. Includes job creation, kick off scheduling, workflow management, communications with internal/external partners, and ensuring on time delivery.Engage & Collaborate with various stakeholders including designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal campaign/business owners.Identify and pivot around obstacles that may be slowing down processes & workflows. Includes engaging & influencing project team/s to ensure all deliverables are met.Proactively identify new process/workflow improvements that drive innovation, automation, and/or better outcomes. Minimum Job Qualifications: Critical Skills/Business Experience Project / Program Management: 3+ years managing multiple projects at once; Must be very organized and have an understanding of project management tools & resources.Communication & Collaboration: relationship builder that understands how to navigate a complex organization to get things accomplished; Must have skills in interpersonal, written, and visual communication.Engagement: Must be comfortable engaging various stakeholders, and approach with a customer-first mindset. Proactiveness: Needs to be proactive in identifying workflow issues/inefficiencies and develop recommendations/solutions to pivot around.
